Mrs. Mize's Survey of Business students at MHJH had to write a business letter to a company, brand, celebrity, etc. Ford Coleman wrote to Kraft Heinz Co. in Springfield, MO. Representatives reached out to Mrs. Mize excited about the letter and asked if they could deliver in person. She asked them if they would do a presentation about their company as well. They talked about the different career fields that are within Kraft (Robotics, Chemistry, Microbiology, etc.), and they brought a new product to share with the students: Ultra Thick Cheese Slices.

In a 2009 study from the consultancy Mindlab International at the University of Sussex, testing found that reading reduced stress levels by 68 percent, making it a more effective means of relaxation than taking a walk, drinking a cup of tea, or playing video games.
