All substitute forms are required to have the substitute’s name and the substitute’s signature. All forms are to be signed by the principal or person responsible for reporting the time.
All leave sheets turned in for teacher leave must be signed by their immediate supervisor.
Timesheets are to be completed for each employee and initialed by the employee to verify his/her time is correct. Timesheets are to be signed by the person responsible for reporting the time.
Administrators and supervisors please notify Payroll as soon as possible of any resignations. This will help eliminate any possibility of overpayment to the employee.
All payroll changes, substitutes, time sheets, teachers’ leave forms, and any other information regarding payroll should be turned in to Payroll on the dates specified. Please see Payroll Dates for time periods and dates to be reported.
