The purpose of this RFP is to seek sealed proposals from companies that will do an evaluation, design, and install for a new sound system located at the High School Bomber Stadium, 500 Bomber Blvd, Mountain Home, AR.
The new stadium sound system should clearly project equal sound, without any feedback, or audible anomalies, to both the home and visitor side of the stadium. The sound should cover both the home and visitor stands entirely without any dead spots. All new equipment will be housed and controlled in the press box.
The District expects the successful offeror will have experience with municipalities, corporations, businesses, and other school districts, of our district size and scope, will be able to provide consulting advice, input, and insight into what other districts are using, and will also be able to provide suggestions that will enhance the usability and functionality of the system.
It is the intent of the RFP that the responder shall provide a complete, end to end solution for the installation. The Offeror shall provide all design, planning, system architecture, installation, training, and post installation support for the project.
Appearance of all workmanship is to be at a high level of quality. Offerer’s qualifications shall include:
a. A minimum of 5 years of experience in providing the services as applicable to the
specifications of this RFP.
b. Experience with comparable scale sound reinforcement projects within the last 3 years.

b. A 5% bid bond, or certified check in the amount of 5% of the bid, shall accompany all submitted bids over $20,000. The successful bidder shall provide the owner a performance bond for 100% of the contract amount, for bids over $20,000.
c. A list of at least 3 current customers (Title and phone number) that have had installations similar to that described in this RFP must be included.
d. Include an explanation, in one page or less, describing how your solution will differentiate you from other offeror’s solutions.
e. Installation must be completed 2 weeks prior to the first 2020-2021 home football game.
